Payments may be made in person Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday's 7 a.m. to 6:50 p.m. at:

Payments are accepted in the form of money order, cashier’s checks, credit cards and cash. We currently do not accept American Express. No personal checks are accepted; credit card payments cannot be processed over the phone.
Receipts will be given at the time of payment, if made in person.
Payments by Mail
We accept money orders or cashiers checks made payable to the McLennan County CSCD. No personal checks are accepted. Do not send cash.
Please include a self addressed stamped envelope if you desire a receipt when making a payment by mail. To ensure payments are posted to the correct account, please include name and cause number(s) with payment.

Payers will be prompted to create a login and password if you do not already have one

Adult Probation is no longer partnered with Certified Payments. Please DO NOT attempt to make a payment with Juvenile Probation payments will not be posted.
