Child Support

Inquiries regarding child support payments should be directed to the District Clerk's Office on the Child Support page.

All matters involving efforts by the State of Texas through the Office of the Attorney General to collect child support (known as IV-D cases under Federal Statutes) are filed in this Court. These matters are not heard in this Court but in IV-D Court by the Associate Judge George Holmes. All appeals from IV-D Court are heard in 74th District Court.
